Your Vote is Your Voice

1. Be a citizen of the United State of America
2. Be a legal resident of Walker County (OR county in which you're registered)
3. Be at least 17 1/2 to register and 18 to vote
4. Not have been found mentally incompetent by a judge
5. Not be serving a sentence for conviction of a felony involving moral turpitude

1: an act or behavior that gravely violates the sentiment or accepted standard of the community
2: a quality of dishonesty or other immorality that is determined by a court to be present in the commission of a criminal offense
